Yet reaching teens—especially around self-esteem, healthy relationships, and abstaining from sex—can feel like an uphill battle.

That’s where I come in.

For over 24 years, I’ve connected with teens in ways that resonate and stick. Through my books, e-courses, and speaking engagements, I help young people discover their value, strengthen their confidence, and understand how their choices shape their future.

Rather than focusing on rules or fear, my approach empowers teens with a vision for who they can become, helping them see their choices as stepping stones toward a life filled with purpose, confidence, and success.
